I removed the bird or star symbol he had on his hat and added the anarchy symbol. After that I added a texture to add a darker feel to it. Lastly I played around with the lighting for the special effect.
I call this the new Hal 2010. It was made using Photoshop CS 5 and Maxton Cinema 4D.
